Summary
During the battle against Venom in Midtown High, a piece of the symbiote was split off and slithered away into the locker of Mary Jane Watson. Unbeknownst to her, that piece ended up bonding with her and creating a new symbiote, one that isn't aggressive or evil like Venom and only seeks a perfect bond with its host.
