Summary
As Tommy falls he grips at the flames. The sting in his palm is nothing compared to fear of the quickly approaching pavement. Tommy looks on at the clouds, his hand blocking out the sun.
There's a bitter coolness that spreads over his body because it is, so, beautiful.
As the sun sets and the clouds pinken, Tommy feels an odd concoction of pure Terror and bitter calm. It mixes into his body giving the experience a sort of euphoria, like this is the only place he could have ended up. This is where every path would have led him.
Falling, plummeting, to the ground, His feathers burning up.
Or, Tommy is an unnamed, avian, vigilante who is lowkey winning over the affection of the top 3 heroes, slowly but surely. Fighting crime proves to be pretty hard alone.
Or or, author is sad and hyperfixiating.

It’s a picture.
Techno isn’t one to freeze but this— (this makes the world stop, makes the crickets silent and the wind still) makes Techno feel unmovable.
It’s a grainy, blurry photo. Techno remembers it because he took this photo of Wilbur and Tommy. Wilbur had stolen a camera he found, discarded after a fight at the mall. Sneaking it into HQ was a hassle, but Wilbur treasured that thing until it ran out of film.
This was just one photo, of many that they had taken; all of them burned with Hypixel HQ. All of them should’ve burned, this one especially, since—
Tommy had it on him when Techno killed him.

“Tom-my!” It chirped, tapping its chest. “Tom-my, he!”

Tommy pulled said piece of plastic out, visibly holding it up. “I have a pen.” Something about the bemused look on the man's face made Tommy click it, and again, repeatedly.

“No-never! I’d never do that big D!” Tommy tried laughing, but he broke out into sobs instead. Dream stood over him without saying a word.

“Put your stuff in the hole, Tommy.”

Summary
Techno has heard it enough from human and non human but Techno himself doesn't enjoy taking life. He only does because that was his purpose, nothing more, nothing less. But he thinks that uncaring side of him that does not enjoy nor care of his position, is what makes him falter in this moment
He does not care for taking life nor its importance but he does care about life enough, he does not see the need to take this one's.
"I don't think it's your time child. How old are you?" The creature, depicted as death, questions the boy. Head held on his hand at the same level as the boy.
The boy blinks at the headless horseman and fidgets on his feet in thought.
"12," the boy murmurs and Techno hums.
"That is quite young, too young if I may say so, don't you think?" He asks and the boy looks conflicted. His lips purse as he thinks.
The boy shrugs as an answer.
Or
Technoblade is the Dullahan, a mythical being with no head who rides his trusty steed to find victims for slaughter. The call of death is imminent for all living things so when a new toll of death arrives, Techno is one to answer.
But upon finding a child instead, Techno falters in that call.
Will he answer it?

Techno reached out with his gloved hand, throwing it to the ground and gripping his knife. The body fell onto the grass, leaving a small exclamation from the zombie as it was pinned.
“Wait!” a voice cried out. “Wait, wait, wait please!”
Techno stalled, watching the zombie move its mouth and form words.
He immediately did a scan and saw the green tint to the body’s skin and the dulled glossed-over eyes on his face. Techno felt no warmth underneath his leather glove and moved his eyes over to the zombie’s shoulder where the skin had been ripped open and was rotting.
“Hey- look, mister, I didn’t mean any harm- I’m trying to- to just-”
“How are you talking?” Techno asked what looked to him to be the reanimated body of a twelve-year-old boy. He had blonde hair, dirty with blood and soot, and the rest of his body was covered with the same stuff.
“Because I can fucking talk?” The boy questioned and then immediately doubled back. “Wait, I didn’t mean it like that! Mister, I’m sorry-”
“You’re dead,” Techno stated. “You are dead, right?”or
Uh, yeah, Tommy's dead. He's a zombie in a zombie apocalypse. But- but he can talk, I guess?

Summary
Tommy curled his hands deeper into the thin blanket and jerked it up to his chin, trying to settle his rapidly beating heart. Dream wasn’t here. No one was; Tommy was just being paranoid. Irrational.
But he wasn’t really safe, was he? The haunting call of the prison alarm echoed dangerously through the silent bedroom, sending chills racing up and down Tommy’s spine. Dream could barge in and take him back to that hellhole whenever he wanted.
He could feel himself starting to spiral. The freezing cold of the ocean air, the all too familiar pang of hunger, the smoke twisting from TNT craters littering the ground, the glint of a white mask standing over him while he slept…
Something squeaked.
OR
Tommy is dealing with paranoia after the prison break, but Dadza comes to the rescue. Kind of.

More concerningly, the kit wasn’t just on Antarctic Empire property, but he was inside their home.
“THE FUCK ARE YOU LOOKIN’ AT PRICK?” the baby hybrid growled, trying to get Steve to drop him. The polar bear stared at Techno, expecting praise.
“Phil,” Techno called, concern dripping from his tongue. “We have a rodent problem.”
“Uh, I see that.”

Tommy barely blinked and suddenly the man was inches away from him. Tommy pressed himself impossibly closer to the wall and kicked out a foot. It would’ve hit the man’s chest. But it never did.
His foot went right through the man’s chest.
“What?” Tommy muttered, eyes widening to twice their size. Both fear and confusion wrapped around his brain, desperately fighting for control. Did Tommy run or investigate?
“I’m Wilbur,” the brunette grinned. “I lived here before you!”
“What… are you?” Tommy managed to spit out.
