Context: Hannibal late S02 - Will is out of jail and is slowly being more and more influenced by Hannibal into accepting his true self. This kind of an AU in which Will truly accepts his dark side after leaving the BSH (and Hannibal never dated Alana).
Once Will was left alone in the music room, he replayed mentally the scene of Hannibal grabbing his arm and licking his blood, over and over again. He was puzzled as to what that meant, and most importantly, how he had felt. Hannibal said he crossed a line, but isn’t it what they’ve been doing since the beginning of their relationship? How many lines had been crossed so far? And, were there others yet to cross?
Or: As many a time before, Hannibal has invited Will Graham to come over for a special dinner. After Will started “providing the meat” so to speak, their dinners had become more intimate.

Oh, but Will Graham is much faster.
Before he can do anything to stop it, Will has stepped to the side, shielding Hannibal’s body with his own just as the disoriented agent takes his shot. The pop echoes throughout the small space, shaking the walls and the Earth beneath their feet, pulling a terrified scream out of young Abigail with its power.
_________________A Mizumono Fix-It where Will takes a bullet, Hannibal changes his mind, forgiveness is bestowed, and our Murder Family gets a happy ending in Florence. Oh, and Abigail gets a girlfriend. Sogliato still thinks he's hot shit, though, that hasn't changed.
