Antonio Luca Higgins had everything he could ever want.
That was the truth of it–or at least the truth as most people saw it. To everyone on the outside looking in, Tony (as he preferred to be called, unless Medda was mad at him) was living some kind of technicolor dream. At eighteen, he was a dance major in his second year of college, had a scholarship that nearly covered everything, a trio of loud and loyal brothers, a best friend who’d take a bullet for him, and a boyfriend who kissed him like he was made of sunlight.
But inside–beneath all the bright lights and perfectly practiced pirouettes–Tony had questions.

Summary
David Jacobs was not a particularly impulsive individual. He'd had the same best friend since the third grade (Jack Kelly), been in love with said best friend since freshman year, and was perfectly happy with pining silently until the day he died, so long as things remained the same. Senior year rolled around, and the aforementioned best friend got a girlfriend. New relationships toss David and Jack's relationship into turmoil, and David finds that the consequences of acting before thinking can be unfortunately extreme.
