Growing up with Mike "Viper" Metcalf has ensured one thing for Bee "Stinger" Masters - she was going to become the U.S. Navy's top aviator if it killed her. Summary

Growing up with the fear of letting themselves be exactly who they were meant to be and struggling to figure out what it all means when they're finally given the chance to be their true selves.
Their time in Africa is short. Kevin is struggling with the aftermath of a horrific event and Connor offers to be his main supporter. When they are shipped back to the US, the two don't have any contact for seven years. Is one chance encounter enough to rekindle feelings that might have only been so strong because they'd never been allowed to act upon them before?
