Yuuji Itadori was fucked.
Absolutely, supremely, inexplicably fucked.
Genuinely, totally, super-duper fucked.
Super fucked.
Because standing in the very not-destroyed, dense streets of Shibuya, lined with the bright colors of department stores, hotels, tourist attractions, and advertisements plastered across every available space, Yuuji did not have Choso as support. He didn't have Fushiguro as support. He didn't even have Okkotsu as support.
Yuuji was inconceivably, utmostly, wholly, not-awesomely fucked because he was in the year 2005.
🔴 OR: Stuck over a decade in the past, Yuuji has resolved to do anything to ensure his future doesn't come to be.
It would really be a lot easier if Geto Suguru wasn't so overbearing, if Gojo Satoru wasn't such an asshole, if Ieiri Shoko stopped instigating things, and if Yuuji were just a tiny bit smarter.
But he was on his own, so damn it if he wasn't going to work with what he got.

Summary
Megumi is not jealous of Itadori, or Geto or Kugisaki. He doesn't see anything remotely romantic or sexual about Satoru's relationship with his students. And really, he still gets the most attention from Satoru, so he's not jealous about that either.
His jealousy isn't about the people in Satoru's life– it's about the pieces of Gojo Satoru he'll never truly have.

Summary
Yuuji felt like his gut was going to drop right through him and onto the floor. There was something so horribly unnerving about it, about those blue eyes that glowed out at him from the gloom.
The way that there were more than two, blinking and winking and swivelling independently at him. Craning around to observe him better.
Were they on his face? No, they couldn’t be. There were too many and they moved too much.
Then the sunglasses were back on and the extra eyes disappeared too.
“I think you know exactly who I am, Itadori Yuuji.”
It was Six Eyes. He knew that. He could never forget.
Six Eyes tilted his head and pushed himself upright. He took a few casual steps towards Yuuji, but he stopped just at the edge of the forest. “You weren’t scared of me last time. What happened? What did that sensei of yours tell you?”

Megumi really was so adorable as he sat there, begging Satoru to give him a boon. It sent a thrill of delight down his spine. A reminder of the fact that yes, Satoru Gojo was fucked up - He was a God. He could once again force those close-minded council members into doing what he wanted. It would make Megumi-chan happy. Besides it always gave him great joy to remind those old men that the only reason they had power was because he, Gojo Satoru, allowed it.

Late at night, he slinks around like a black cat. Young, early twenties. Wears shorts, bare milky legs out, feet in slides. He wears his hair long and loose, and he’s got dark circles under his eyes. Probably an insomniac - he’s heading out to work in the morning when Toji goes to bed, and he’s out there smoking when Toji goes out at night for a job.

Summary
After the fact, Satoru returned to look for the pink haired sorcerer.
He had thought at first that the sorcerer that saved him might have been an illusion. Something conjured up by his mind in his last moments, a handsome savior come to pull him out of the trenches and restore him to his glory. Except the boy was real, and he was lying right where Satoru had left him, looking only slightly better than he had when Satoru had started fighting Toji.
Which was to say he was lying there still, face pointed to the sky. His cursed energy was a mosaic, patently strange, exceedingly rare. For the first time in a long time, Satoru wasn’t able to read someone with the Six Eyes. Or at least, he was so confused about what he was reading that he might as well have not gotten the input at all.
One thing he knew for sure—whatever hole this boy had crawled out of, it didn’t belong to this world.

Yuuji’s grandfather is burning when the strangest man he’s ever met asks him to choose his hell.
“Will it be you?” Yuuji asks. “The one to kill me.”
There’s a brief pause before the response. “Probably. I wouldn’t entrust Sukuna’s vessel to anyone else, certainly not at full power.”
Something twinges in Yuuji’s chest at the assumption there. A duller clench follows—not quite guilt.
“No,” he says, finally looking up. “I mean now.”
Even with the blindfold—worth a sharp flare of confusion each time he looks at Gojou—Yuuji can tell Gojou’s surprised. He can see it twist into a frown too, and it’s somehow a kinder expression than all his smiles have been.
“Definitely then,” Gojou tells him. “I’m already here anyway. Just so we’re clear—you’re choosing to die now?”
When told to choose his hell, Itadori Yuuji picks the easier one—a clean death, then and there. He couldn’t have known that it was never really a choice.
