Against his will, Clint is sent in to help a capture Omega. Convinced it's all behind him, he comes face to face with that same Omega, his new SHIELD supervisor, Agent Phil Coulson. Clint comes to loves Phil and will keep that secret at all costs.

Summary
Steve makes a life-altering choice, and Bucky wakes up from cryostasis to better circumstances than he could anticipate: Mind free of triggers, name cleared, fully pardoned, and a ticket back to the USA. It's far more than he deserves, but with no other plans or ties, he finds himself relocating to the Avengers Initiative Compound alongside Stevie's rogue superheroes.
He begins establishing a new life - friends, work, maybe even love - but doesn't realize that the castles he is painstakingly building are ones in the sky.

Summary
Tony Stark went missing after Civil War, but nobody cared enough to go searching for him, all believing that he just needed some time on his own to pout. Meanwhile he has been horribly experimented on, and transformed into something other than human.
When he escapes, he finds himself running into three children who seem to be just as lost as him, just as hunted, just as afraid. He remembers then, and he knows he has to protect them.
Now, Tony Stark, Cooper, Lila, and Nathaniel Barton must survive the dangers that surround and chase after them while they desperately try and find the loved ones they miss so much.

Homecoming AU.
Ben and May divorced before Peter’s parents died, so when Ben is murdered Peter goes into foster care. It takes just a tiny taste of superpowers for Peter to decide he doesn’t want to put up with his horrible foster father anymore—the streets are infinitely more appealing. All he wants is to be Spider-Man anyway.
So he leaves.
Simple.
Simple, that is, until Iron Man needs Spider-Man’s help. Peter isn’t about to turn down an opportunity to fight alongside Tony Freaking Stark, but he also isn’t going to let his hero know that his recruit is a fifteen-year-old homeless dropout. So they strike a deal. Peter will help Tony. In return, the mask stays on.
And that’s when things get complicated.

it's no different at SHIELD boarding school, at first. half the student body hates him, half want to be him, nothing new. that is, until tony accidentally breaks james barnes's prosthetic arm, and he suddenly finds the most vulnerable pieces of himself surfacing whether he wants them to or not.

Summary
Life for Tony Stark has changed a lot in the past four months: the rogue Avengers were pardoned and have moved back into the tower with him; Thor returned to earth with his infamous brother, Bruce Banner, and all of Asgard after their planet was destroyed; and summer vacation recently started—which means Tony worries almost constantly about his little spider protégé who can never seem to stay out of trouble.
Life has also changed a lot for James “Bucky” Barnes since he was thawed out for what he hopes to be the last time in his life. Princess Shuri of Wakanda finally managed to erase all of the verbal triggers Hydra used to control his brain, and she also gifted him a new arm made of Vibranium. Bucky is now trying to catch up on everything he missed during the past 70 years.
As Bucky returns to America, he finds himself moving into the home of the one person who terrifies him the most—Tony Stark. Little does he know, Tony is just as frightened of living with the man formerly known as the Winter Soldier. Summary
For someone he'd hero-worshipped for so long, Steve Rogers in the flesh is a pretty big disappointment. For one thing, he keeps looking at Tony as though he reminds him of someone else, and even if he never says anything, Tony's pretty sure it's his father. A lifetime of not measuring up to Howard's expectations is more than enough, thank you very much, and he's certainly not going to make an effort to live up to any of Steve's. Steve's pretty clearly failed to live up to his expectations, in any case, and that's not hypocritical at all.

Summary
The Battle of New York: Tony flies himself and the nuke through the wormhole and when his suit shuts down and he starts to fall, he knows he's going to die.
But then he wakes up in an alley in Brooklyn, two strangers staring down at him in confusion and Tony is sure he is dreaming when he shakes hands first with pre-serum Steve Rogers, and then Bucky Barnes.
Trapped in 1942, Tony befriends Steve, and falls in love with Bucky but America is at war, and Bucky and Steve ship out to join the cause.
Tony knows all the stories about the Howling Commandos and knows what’s coming for the soldiers, and has to live through history as first Bucky falls, and then Steve disappears.
Tony is left alone in the 40's, crying himself to sleep in the house he had shared with his best friend and his lover.
But then he wakes up on the pavement in New York, the Hulk roaring in his face, Steve staring down at him, and he has to wonder if it was all a hallucination.
When Tony fell through the sky, did he fall through time as well? Why does Steve act so cold towards him? Were he and Bucky really that happy together?Did it all really happen, or is Tony in love with a life he can only have in his dreams?

During the clean up of the alien invasion of London, the Agents of SHIELD are sent after a man with unimaginable power, the ability to pick up the hammer of Thor. SHIELD is determined to bring this man in before anyone else in aware he exists. John hadn't meant to be anyway near the alien invasion, he had only been repaying a favor he owed. He didn't plan to take charge of the police force and fight these aliens. He certainly didn't mean to trip over a hammer when he was looking over the damage the aliens had caused. If he knew what would happen when he picked it up he would have left it laying on the ground were he found it. Now he has black cars following him, and John is forced to stay one step ahead while trying to figure out why they are after him.
