Summary
Harry Potter is taken from the Dursleys doorstep, by Minerva McGonagall to Ireland to grow up away from the limelight, and the meddlesome interest of an old man with far too high an opinion of himself. Once Dumbledore finally retires, he comes to Hogwarts to start his NEWT studies. He meets another newcomer on the train, a muggleborn girl who was sent to France after her first burst of accidental magic. Where she lived with her relatives, that had some magic themselves. She transferred from Beauxbatons, to study Transfiguration and Charms at Hogwarts, subjects in which it still has a high reputation. She is intrigued by the charming Irish boy she meets on the train, and his rather weird ‘sister.’

Upon their defeat at the Battle of Hogwarts Harry uses an ancient ritual to send himself back in time to his 11 year old body and try all over again.
Except time doesn't work that way.
Instead he wakes up 11 years old in an alternate timeline that already has it's own Harrison Potter who's ready waiting to attend Hogwarts. Booted from his position as The-Boy-Who-Lived Harry decides to guide this worlds Chosen Potter through his time at Hogwarts and correct some of Harry's own mistakes. Introducing Harry Silver, orphan muggleborn who happens to look eerily similar to The Chosen One. Now all Harry has to do is keep Harrison alive, give everyone a better chance and stop anyone finding out who he really is while trying not to go insane in the process.
Hogwarts wasn't ready for Harry Potter.

When she was a mere fifteen months old, little Hermione Granger contracted meningococcal septicaemia, strain B while playing at her daycare. The disease ravaged her tiny body forcing her to lose her arms and hands below the elbow. Undeterred by the loss of her limbs, this scrappy child defied the odds and thrived. Inspired by a children's tale about a girl who sings songs to save her home, Hermione childishly wondered if it was possible to sing magic in reality.
On that fateful Halloween, young Harry Potter turned his head when Voldemort exploded from Lily's protections which resulted in the magical backlash ripping through his auditory nerves rendering him completely deaf in his left side and 80% hearing loss on his right side. When Sirius found him, he found his godson crying and sporting a nasty lightning bolt shaped scar on his forehead. Sirius had no idea of the changes that lay ahead, and the role that Harry would play in them.
A nearly deaf boy who signs to communicate and a bionic girl who doesn't let her disability define her. With These Hands, they'll set out to change the world.

Summary
Hermione goes a bit extreme in her efforts to free the elves during fourth year. As a result they have turned her into a house-elf for a month to learn her lesson. In the end though she is not the only one who learns lessons.
This goes off the canon rails in about three paragraphs so be warned. It is VERY much an alternative universe as it is Harmony, (When she gets back to being a girl) it follows the backstory for the multiverse I've established in some of the other stories of mine as it involves Atlantis, (No not the Milo Thatch or Stargate one, THE Atlantis, with hints of Tolkein.) Harry is a noble and uh. Yeah there are echos of canon, but only distant ones.
