He heard a grunt from the other side of the door and then it was wrenched open. But instead of seeing Sam, he came face to face with an older man standing there.
Dean reached for this gun. He had just taken off the safety on it when the man gave him the fondest look Dean had ever seen and suddenly, he knew .
“Sam?”
He remembered that look on Sam’s face. Sammy used to look at him like that a lot before he became a teenager and decided he hated his big brother.
The man smiled and tilted his head to the side. "Hey, Dean."
OR
S1!Dean meets S11!Sam so obviously this is a case, which they will have to solve if Dean wants his own Sam back.

Two knights, riding full speed towards him, and Merlin swallows slowly as he recognizes the riders.
