Summary
After establishing a truce with his brother, Nightmare had found himself bored.
He was no longer allowed to have henchmen as that was considered a ‘threat’ both to the safety of the Multiverse and to that of his underlings, and there weren’t that many people willing to associate themselves with him after everything he’d done. His brother was the only one who was really trying.
Keeping all of that in mind, it comes as no surprise that when a chance for a reprieve from his isolation came in the form of Ink asking him out on a date he jumped on it. He knew that his old enemy was probably more curious about his new form than actually interested in him, but he didn’t mind. He’d always been a fascinating being, and Nightmare was eager to kill some time with him. Anything was better than reading every book in the small public library in his section of the Omega Timeline for the third time that month.

Ink was infuriating. However —to his bad luck— It wasn't a wonder how Nightmare let him do whatever he wanted. Was it really weakness if the thing disarming him was love? When would Nightmare draw the line, if he ever tried?
