The columbine flower is a symbol of peace, yet it grows in a place that has known only war for six long years.
During a battle near Duscur, King Dimitri and the Ashen Demon are separated from their allies. They are forced to call a temporary truce and spend a few fateful days together.
It may end up helping Dimitri find some peace of his own.
