Summary
Minho was just picking flowers in his garden, minding his own business, when his life changed forever.
A strange boy stepped out of the woods behind Minho’s house, his hair an unnatural orange and a woven basket full of plants dangling from his wrist. A squirrel was perched on his shoulder and it appeared the boy was talking to it, giggling lightly as he crossed towards the street.
He must have felt Minho’s gaze on him because he suddenly turned, offering Minho a bright smile and a cute little wave.
The surge of want that hit Minho was so strong he shocked himself, bluebells tumbling from numb fingers as he continued to stare. If the boy was off put by Minho strange reaction, he didn’t show it, just gave one last smile before disappearing down the road.

Summary

'It was well-known that Jisung was afraid of a lot of things, that lots of things made him jump. Easily startled like the squirrel he’d been told he embodied. All of Stray Kids knew this – the world probably knew this – and while it was embarrassing often, Jisung easily brushed off the comments and the teasing that resulted. People found it funny and cute, and he couldn’t judge them for laughing at him. Especially, since they didn’t know the full extent of his fears or why things affected him as they did.'
Sometimes you just can't hide things anymore. Sometimes you can't shelter people you'd like to. And sometimes, that is probably for the best.

Empathy, or the ability to understand and share the feelings of another, was a gift Jisung always had. It came easy to him, so much so he thought nothing of it. If he could help his brothers, that was all that mattered.
'Jisung relished in each new addition, finding himself gravitating towards each until he figured out how his puzzle piece meshed with theirs. He molded easily with most of the new guys, many he'd known before. Chris had a way with people, so it didn't surprise Jisung too much that he genuinely liked those who joined.'
