There, he meets the snarky county sheriff, Mako Mori, and the "the only words I have are salty" Fish and Game officer, Raleigh Becket. Sarcastic shenanigans ensue, during which there might be a giant murderbeast swimming around some random lake in Maine. And Chuck gets routinely dunked in the lake and pelted with severed heads.

My hair's started to fall out. My muscles spasm. And before you ask: yes, they've run tests. I went to the hospital over in the Valley and they checked everything -- ruled out everything. The most they can come up with is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but I don't fit all of those symptoms and --."
He stops there, looks down, away from Peter's eyes. "What?" Peter asks, gently.
It takes a moment for Stiles to steel himself, to meet Peter's gaze, to say, "I know what it is. Why I'm sick, I mean."
"Please, Stiles," Peter says. "Tell me."

Summary

And then someone drops a stack of files, the thwack of paper a startling sound in the space between Harvey and Mike and the scene dissipates as they both turn to look, gazes rising from the mess of paper to each other, across the hallway. Harvey dimly registers that his mouth is hanging open unattractively. Until Mike’s thought process helpfully informs him that it’s not an unappealing look for him at all, in fact quite the opposite and a faint blush rises on Mike’s throat to disappear with him as he hurries away.
Harvey decides that the only downside of making progress in figuring this lunacy out is finding that he has no idea what to do with the information it’s provided.
To blackmail or to torture? Harvey hates having to choose between his favorites.
