It had been going well. At least up until the lizalfos he’d been fighting had knocked Fi out of his hands cutting his arm and knocking him down in the process. He had to watch helpless from his spot on the ground as the lizalfos raised its sword over its head. Had known that the blow would likely kill him. Had thought about Sun. How he’d never see her again. Never tell her how much he loves her. The sword began its descent and he vowed to tell her if got the chance to see her again. If he somehow survived. He closed his eyes and felt warm blood splatter on his face. It took him a moment to realize he didn’t feel any pain.

Summary
The mana organ in humans led to the growth of wings. Their size was proportional to the size of the mana organ and only those of sufficient mana quantity were actually able to fly with them. Those, who could not fly by the end of the Royal Academy could not stay in noble society, lest they brought the overall mana pool down.
Instead of mana sensing, a change in color of the wings from that of their birth season to their own occurred during puberty. Therefore, a suitable match was usually made just by comparing the size and color of their wings.
The growth of wings in children required tender and attentive care from their parents. That was why those with the Devouring often ended up with ingrown wings, masking them in commoner society.

Summary
This is my first fan fiction, and I'm focusing on characters as they appear in the late game. Hence, it may feel strange if some characters don't act as they did in the earlier volumes. I've gathered data on each character based on their future timelines, considering their actions and possible motivations. I’m not looking back because character development moves forward, right? So, expect many characters to seem out of character (OOC) according to your perspectives.
My defense is simple: we each perceive characters differently. Perhaps I don't see what you see, and you don't see what I see. Just like the concept that there’s no absolute truth, sometimes we consider something right while others see it as wrong. In the context of "Honzuki no Gekokujou," absolute truth belongs only to Kazuki-Sensei.
I don't regret portraying Wilfried negatively because, in my opinion, he's beyond redemption even until the end of the game.
My dark fan fiction targets the Ehrenfest Archducal House, the Royal Family, and Mestionora. So, please distance yourself if any of these characters are your favorites—I don't want to cause any brain damage.
