Summary
The Power Rangers’ mission to save Earth by defeating Sledge and his crew in the past backfires, sending Heckyl into a future where the Power Rangers have yet to rise. He stands alone in Amber Beach, on the day Ms. Morgan becomes the director of the Dino Museum, a place that will one day become the training ground for the Power Rangers.
Heckyl now has a singular mission: to ensure the Power Rangers come into existence. With no allies, he must leverage his future knowledge to mentor these humans into becoming the heroes who can ultimately save him. However, as he guides them, unforeseen villains arise, and the story twists in ways Heckyl never anticipated. To complicate matters further, he finds himself forming an unexpected bond with a familiar gem…
TLDR: Heckyl is now trapped in the past having to help the rangers become the heroes who saved him
OR: The Time Travel ending of Power Rangers: Super Dino Charge got chucked out the window as I hyper focused on a silly little ex-villainous guy. I have a problem and the title was supposed to be a filler but here we are.

Keiichiro folded his arms as he tried to recall the conversation in question. "Was it something like …? Ah, something about using the power entrusted to us responsibly?"
She nodded. "Yes. We were trusted with this power to protect the people. If the Lupinrangers really didn't have a choice … if they're being forced into this, or if something's got them so desperate that they truly believe that being a phantom thief is their only option … shouldn't we try to protect them, too?"
Keiichiro blinked and took a step back. That was certainly a new take on the situation.
