For the good of his students and to get Hizashi off his back he decides to straighten things out with Yagi and make it clear that while he may not like All Might, he's willing to work together. It's a surprise to many when Aizawa finds out his dislike is mutual.
Shouta's never been so bothered by someone agreeing with him. He should probably look into why.

Yagi furrowed his brows, walking around the desk in order to look at the screen.

Oh no.Aizawa sends a drunk e-mail through All Might's pen pal program, asking him about a good looking guy called Toshinori.
Set in a universe in which Toshi joins U.A. before meeting Deku. He gets to know Aizawa as Yagi, then has a hard time deciding if he should share with him that he's All Might, specially since he's falling for Shouta.

Yagi Toshinori was the most frustrating man that Shouta had had the opportunity to get to know, and that said a lot considering how close he was to Yamada Hizashi. So why did he start looking at him so strangely after the attack on the USJ? And insist that they form a friendship?
And why did Shouta find himself not minding all that much? Toshinori starts to grow on him, to the point of even… liking him.
Aizawa Shouta wasn’t going to fall in love with his soulmate for the sake of them being his soulmate. That didn’t mean it wouldn’t accidentally happen along the way.

Summary
The television is the only thing lighting up the cramped, windowless room. Broken furniture, plastic bags, old newspapers and empty bottles litter the stained carpet, barely leaving space to walk. On the screen, All Might beams at the camera, carrying two battered children from a burning building.
In another part of the same town, the image reflects off a boy’s glazed eyes. He lies crumbled before the aged television set, easy to overlook in the mess. Blood soaks into the carpet underneath the shallowly breathing body; one more stain to join the others.
There is traumatic memory influencing Aizawa Shouta's perception of All Might, and the USJ incident actually ends up helping him move past it.
