The hand hovered inches from your face. The SCP had paused, its fingers almost touching your cheek, and then it changed course. It brushed the loose strands of hair from your face.
It touched you. The smooth leather of its glove grazed your temple, putting the hairs back in place behind your ear. It was a light touch, barely there, but more than enough to kill you.
And yet, you still breathed.

He tilts his head, considering your earlier wish. "Though it does make me wonder... what would you want me to feel? If you could feel physical things..."
“I don’t know! Stop asking me things! I’m supposed to be asking you things, Verity!” You sputtered.

I don't really know how to tag this fic, so I apologize if the tags are a bit of a mess.
English is not my native language, so I'm using translation tools to help me write this. I hope you'll be understanding if there are any awkward or unnatural expressions.
I'm not even sure what I'm trying to say here. I guess... I simply wanted to see Enkrid as a gentle, hardworking "male mom" raising his child with all the love he has. The other members of the Madmen Squad will gradually make their appearances as the story goes on, and they'll all end up living together in a very heartwarming way.
Please be aware that the characters may be a little OOC. I'm not very good at analyzing character psychology, and to be honest, I don't have much experience or knowledge when it comes to writing stories set in this kind of historical setting. Oh, and in all of my fics, Enkrid is always the bottom, I'm an Enkrid-bottom-only enjoyer.
