That sure shut Ryland up. God, why did the terminology for all of this have to be so charged? Ryland tried hopelessly to take a deep breath and fix his glasses, but the air was too hot and heavy for both actions. He watched as Simon took out a cotton swab and applied a thin layer of lubricant to the ring.
“Once I get the old one out, this should slip right in,” Simon said, returning to poking and prodding at the thing.
“Jesus…” Ryland blurted, chest tightening at the words.
4 times they got riled up + 1 time they actually did something about it.

Summary
Grace's favorite book is Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, and he finds himself returning to a certain quote. “Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.” In context, it makes a lot more sense, but it boils down to this: the universe is so massive that the chance of even bumping into a piece of debris out there, let alone another spaceship, is almost entirely impossible.
“So,” he thinks aloud, “how in the heck is there another craft out there?”
aka Grace and Rocky pick up Simon on their way back from planet Adrian, and they try to live, because what else can they do?

Bowser's known that for a while now. And by some luck of the stars, Luigi ends up in his clutches. A relationship with Greenie will get him the pretty much the same thing he'd sought most from Peaches all along: new trading partners, and a bridge to peace with the other kingdoms. Bowser knows an opportunity when he sees one...and he sinks in his teeth.
