Summary
Taking place in the "once we get up there" reprise, Vox's attempts to intimidate Alastor are deflected and he instead becomes the victim of emotional manipulation as Alastor mocks his obvious feelings for him.
Includes both smut and angst mixed together, this is hurt but no comfort so beware!
It seemed he couldn't find it in himself to continue, his hand retreating with a mind of its own as soon as the screech pierced his ears. The sound had startled him undeniably, though once Alastor had gained back his composure he relaxed back into his arrogant demeanour swiftly.
"Hah. Hurts doesn't it? That's what I fucking thought." Try as he might, he couldn't mask the concern in his voice at the fear he may have done some real damage in his frenzy. Picking up on this of course, Alastor retorted right back at him while gathering his breath. "Is that concern I see on your face?"
"What? No! Fuck you!"

“How the hell did you even get in here?” Jiang Cheng scowls, brow pinched in confusion, “None of my guards told me I had a visitor.”
Guangyao gives him an odd smile, almost patronizing, “Well I couldn’t exactly be seen like this by the whole of Lotus Pier,” He shrugs, “So I used your hidden entrance. I hope you don’t mind.”
Jin Guangyao shows up during an unexpected heat to ask for Jiang Cheng's protection and assistance. Despite his lack of experience, he finds he doesn't actually want to refuse.

Jiang Cheng hurriedly opens the door to a small broom cupboard, much to his surprise, to a little yelp and a pair of wide eyes blinking back at him from the darkness, “Sizhui?” He glances over his shoulder, listening for a moment and cursing at the voices getting closer. He turns back to the young man in the closet, gesturing at him, “Make room.”
Sizhui does, just barely, which is all that can be expected in this tiny bit of space that houses Lotus Pier’s cleaning supplies, “Jiang-Zongzhu? Why are yo-” Jiang Cheng presses a hand over the younger man’s mouth, listening out for Sect Leader Yao’s distinctively annoying timbre, and Sizhui shuts up immediately under his hand.
Jiang Cheng and Lan Sizhui find themselves pressed together inside a closet, hiding from different people. Sizhui might be just a tad too drunk to handle the situation with his normal grace, but it all works out in the end.

“A-Ning?” A familiar voice sounds as Wen Ning walks into the room of his next patient.
He pauses in the middle of his stride, stumbling a bit as he glances up from the clipboard he’d grabbed from outside the room to see the friendly face sitting on the examination table in nothing but a thin patient’s gown, looking awfully pale, “Jiang Cheng!” His eyes widen as his brain catches up with what he’d read on the clipboard a moment ago. He’d skimmed over the name, but the procedure, well. He should probably get someone else, “I can, um. I can get someone else?” He asks, slightly unsure, “It’s a pretty busy day, though, so you may have to wait a while.”
A blush spreads across his friend and patient’s face, no longer quite so pale, “I… I don’t really have time to wait.” He says, looking away, “I have to get back to work soon.”
“Are you sure?” Wen Ning asks, and Jiang Cheng nods, jerkily, “Oh. Um, okay. That’s fine, then. I’ll do it.”
Jiang Cheng comes in for a prostate exam and ends up as Wen Ning's patient by chance. They've known each other for over a decade, but never this intimately. Things get a little unprofessional.

“Jiujiu, jiujiu no,” His nephew cries, “You can’t-ah!” The words stop, and become a wail of pain, and the actual specifics of those words do not compute until a few seconds later, after he throws open the door to Jin Ling’s room to see Jingyi on top of him on the bed, Jin Ling’s pants around his thighs and ass in the air, with Jingyi balls deep inside of him.
They look at him like a pair of deer caught in the headlights, and he takes a step toward them only for Jingyi to scramble back and away, pulling out, putting the bed between himself and Jiang Cheng and putting his hands up, “Okay, I know that sounds really bad, but I promise-”
The words he’d heard finally crystallize clearly in Jiang Cheng’s brain halfway to winding up to punch the young man squarely in the face, and he forcefully relaxes his fist, realizing that maybe he doesn’t fully understand what’s happening here. The rest of him remains as strung tight as a bow, looking to Jin Ling and interrupting Jingyi, “You said Jiujiu. Why did you say Jiujiu?” He says slowly, “You weren’t calling out for my help.”
Jiang Cheng accidentally walks in on something he wasn't meant to.
