"And if I don't comply?" Todoroki asks, staring the leader dead in the eye. The kid hasn't tried to make a break for it yet, but his restraints are tight enough that he can't move.
"Then you can't leave," Tomura replies. "We can do this all day." He mentally curses Dabi, who said that if he lays a finger on the boy, he'll burn down the whole warehouse. Now the most he can do is leave the kid tied up for a while, and that'll probably interfere with movie night. Damn him.
"In that case, I wish to stay." The boy turns to Magne, suddenly back to charming middle schooler mode. "Am I able to have a peanut butter sandwich? Father never lets me eat unhealthy food."
OR: The League of Villains kidnaps a moody middle school Todoroki who doesn't actually want to be sent back home

"I merely suggested that the flashiness of them seem more for show than for utility," Todoroki says calmly, straight backed in his chair. "There's no need to use such strong language."
"How long have they been arguing for?" Spinner asks, watching the two boys, each restrained to a chair, continue their disagreement.
"Half an hour," Kurogiri replies tiredly.
"Remind me never to try and use kids again," Tomura says, scratching his neck. "I think I'm allergic to them."

The League of Villains made two mistakes when kidnapping Bakugou: thinking he would go along with their plan, and kidnapping Todoroki with him. -

Hakoda glances up the hallway, like perhaps Katara will appear and take over dealing with the prickly teenager. Of course, his daughter is off treating injured refugees with the Avatar, and Bato is still staring at him expectantly, arms crossed.
“Fine,” He sighs, and he claps Bato on the cheek before heading into the room.
Or: Zuko falls ill not long after Ozai's defeat. Hakoda sits with him and learns some unpleasant truths about his childhood.

Summary
Starscream left Megatron's cruelty behind and betrayed the warlord in a way he never had before: he joined Optimus. But Megatron still haunts him on each of his missions, following him, hunting him, and wanting Starscream back.
A scouting mission with Prime and the Autobots in the Arctic goes wrong when Megatron makes his debut. Only Starscream can fire the shot to send the warlord back. But a thousand years of terror catches up to Starscream and he realizes that he will have to do much more than just change sides in order to change his own ways.

Iroh has no idea what to do, who he can turn to, when fate delivers Katara to the tea shop. She’s not sure she can help restore Zuko’s memories, but the bigger question is… should she?

Summary
The Fire Nation has some weird cultural norms. When Zuko gets added to the group, they find a fun role for him to play. Fire Nation Fact Checker!
(Basically meaning, I wanted to explore the conversations the gaang would have about their separate societies, traditions, and worldviews)
Chapter One: The Gaang wonders, what does a Training Accident even mean? And why do so many Fire Nation recruits seem to have the mark of one?
Chapter Two: Sokka worries about what training methods Zuko will use with Aang and finding out the Fire Nation's way of 'training' the previous night.
He didn't realize what kind of training Zuko was referring to though, and actual discipline is very different than he thought.Chapter Three: Zuko reflects on what Aang said. Control...versus intent... How does one even not have ill intent?
Chapter Four: Zuko teaches Aang the new trick he learned: How to NOT burn things.
Chapter Five: Sokka sees Zuko practicing his new skill. He does not react...well.

Summary
Remy, aka Sleep, really hates his job. Every time he can't make Thomas catch some Zs, he's the villain. Even when literally all the other Sides are working against him.
Virgil has his anxiety attacks, and it takes Remy hours to calm him down.
Logan has friends, work, and sleep--guess which one he decides is unnecessary?
Patton's usually good with this stuff, but sometimes even the Pop gets upset.
Roman has those stupid creative binges, and he's the absolute worst when he's tired.
And Deceit? Well, if Deceit can't sleep, no one can.
Remy's only helping them out for his job, of course. He doesn't actually care about their stupid emotional problems. And there's no way they'd care about him, anyway.
Or: Five times Remy helped the Sides sleep and one time they returned the favor.
