As Luffy clung to him, Sanji felt himself panic: “Hold on, Luffy, to WHOM am I married?”

Luffy doesn't want to risk Sanji getting kidnapped by his biological family again, so he makes sure that Sanji is married. The problem is... Sanji doesn't know to who and when Robin declares him the entire crew's wife, Sanji doesn't know whether to be happy about being married to the ladies, or terrified by being married to the guys. He's used to it though; used to getting up at the crack of dawn to prepare breakfast, used to working on an empty stomach to ensure everyone else is fed, used to serving up pieces of himself and getting nothing in return.
He can't afford those luxuries. Not even on his birthday.

Zoro professes his love for Sanji, and Sanji rejects him. Zoro partly expected it because he’s seen how Sanji is a womanizer, but he’s still sad because he hoped Sanji would choose him. Nevertheless, Zoro resolves himself to move on to someone new and as he does, Sanji starts to realize that he actually is in love with Zoro but he just didn’t know because he had no clue he was gay and he thought Zoro was joking. Now, he knows he has to make it up to Zoro somehow and confess his feelings.

But he had met many a man like that who still sought to warm his bed- and Sanji was... well, Sanji . His simple existence riled Zoro up like no other. And why does it matter to him what the shitty cook’s preferences are anyways?

The baby had green hair, but Sanji looked Zoro in the eye and said it wasn’t his.
Just like he’d looked him in the eye two years ago and said nothing happened at Thriller Bark.Zoro remembers everything, though. The way the cook rode him till neither of them could think. The way the omega trembled when the knot caught, buried deep inside that tight heat. How desperate Sanji's voice had sounded when he begged Zoro for it.
Now, Zoro should just walk away. But no matter how hard he tries, his body still craves the cook's touch, his heart bleeds with yearning, and his stupid alpha instinct have sunk its teeth into what he cannot have, uncaring about how much the omega doesn’t want him back.
Even though Sanji keeps coming back to his bed.

“Hm,” Zoro hums considering but they fall relatively quiet after that, Sanji feeding them both tangerine pieces. Soon the entire thing is finished, and all Sanji is left with is juice stained fingers and a slightly torn, spiral peel.
He catalogues all the tears and rips made by deadly hands that have precision and incredible strength in everything but peeling citrus fruits.
Zoro is hopeless at peeling tangerines. He’s too rough, the juice goes everywhere, and it’s overall a terrible experience. Sanji hopes Zoro never learns to peel them properly.
That way he can always do this for him; peel them carefully, separate each part and give him a piece of his heart with every burst of sweetness.
The inherent romanticism of eating tangerines together at sunset.
