“Ah-ha, Astarion, did you take an ice bath on the way here?” Gale protests.
“Well usually I wake up to somebody very ready to warm me up.” Astarion purrs.
“You know what they say; cold hands, warm heart,” Gale says, absently.
Astarion pinches him, gently.
“Ow!” Gale protests, “What, you're allowed to come and put your hands all over me but I'm not allowed to make comments like that?”
“You can do better, love,” Astarion says, sniffily. “That was practically lazy. I'm afraid I've become accustomed to a much higher calibre of charm.”
“Are you insinuating that I have somehow spoiled you, Astarion?”
“For anyone else, absolutely,” Astarion agrees, sadly.

It wasn’t immediate. The first month or so, Logan went to jobsites, did his work, and came home without a second thought. Then one day Wade made some offhand comment about how the shitty bathroom floor tiles absorbed blood like a fucking sponge and it was nearly impossible to scrub out and suddenly he was noticing different types of tiles and grout and piecing together the ideal floor materials for two guys with a healing factor and a penchant for coming home blood soaked.
From then on it was like the floodgates had opened and he couldn’t stop himself from taking mental notes at every job he worked. He wasn’t actually planning on buying something. He was just looking.
For the future.
DISTANT future.
Except…
The TVA had given him a truly disgusting amount of money he wasn’t doing anything with and real estate was a decent investment. He didn’t have to do anything with it if he didn’t want to.
It’s not like he was going to find anything he liked anyway.

The crowd parts for Jaskier. He’s positively beaming, cradling his lute, the damn lute that has a scratch along the body from when Jaskier used it to bash a drowner in the face, when Geralt wasn’t close and fast and careful enough that one time.
Everything else about him is new and lavish and the filigree necklace resting on his collarbones catches the light.
He looks so at home at the center of attention, with the people chanting for him like a victorious general returning from battle. Even the royal couple is applauding much louder than etikett demands, the princesses clapping enthusiastically.
And this, this is how it should have been all along, this is what Jaskier deserves. Pride and shame wash over Geralt, so proud of the artistic genius finally fucking appreciated as it should be. And ashamed because he has no right to that pride anymore./

Summary
As punishment for his impersonation of Odin, Loki is, once again, placed in his dungeon cell, with orders for no one to visit him. Fandral, however, feels that this is not punishment enough, so visits his cell and violently rapes him, before encouraging the guards to join in. Following the events of “Civil War”, Thor then secrets a Tony Stark to the dungeon area, to keep him safe from those who wish him ill, on earth. When Fandral later comes into Loki's cell, taunting him about the initial gang rape,Tony intervenes. He has no idea about how Asgardian justice works, but he decides to help Loki, to obtain justice for the sexual assault. After all, he may be a genocidal maniac with terrible taste in helmet attire but, in Tony's view, no one deserves what they did to him.
Warning for major Captain America Civil War Spoilers. I have decided to rework this to include mention of the events of the film (which was absolutely excellent).
