Summary
Lace, despite her best efforts, is alive. And with nowhere else to go, she's decided to accompany Hornet on her trip back to Hallownest, to aid the kingdom's long road to recovery. But her time in the abyss still haunts her. It still feels as if a piece of her was left in the void and never returned. Sometimes she thinks it would have been better if Hornet had just left her down there to rot with her horrid mother.
Though deep down, she's still hoping that somehow, maybe she can finally begin to live.

Summary

What began as a lapse in judgment soon becomes an unlikely bond, woven through combat, secrets, and the weight of Pharloom. Between duty and curiosity, between silk and sting, a new story entangles itself in the web of fate.

Summary

With Grand Mother Silk's demise in the depths of the Void, both of those lives are brought to an end. Emerging from the Abyss into a liberated Pharloom, Hornet and Lace must adapt to the challenges of their newly entwined lives while guiding the kingdom to a brighter future.

This is intended to be a slow burn Lacenet story, exploring the two of them as characters spending time together and interacting with the world they are in. I want to see them move towards healing their personal issues, take on the trials of rebuilding Pharloom, and see what they can teach each other in the process. If you stick around for the long haul, expect a decent amount of slice-of-life content, as well as some overarching and sometimes darker-themed antagonists and storylines.

Summary
What do you do when you're suddenly given freedom, if you've never learned to be free?
Lace laughs. Because the only alternative would be to cry.
After being dragged out of the Void by Hornet, whether she wanted or not, Lace finds herself free for the first time ...and bereft of any purpose. With nowhere else to go, the woven child joins Hornet as she ventures all across Pharloom to help rebuild it from ruin, along the way learning to accept her existence, and eventually become more than her mother's daughter.
My take on Lace's character and her future after the Sister of the Void ending. Expect spoilers for the entire game. Chapters will contain more specific content warnings if required. More tags to be added.

Summary
In the aftermath of the collapse, Pharloom lies in ruin. It's up to Hornet to lay steady foundations upon which the remaining survivors may prosper. Such a task might prove impossible, however, as danger looms from every side. Her growing attachment to a certain silken being brings nothing but worry as well.
Lace finds herself betrayed by her own mind, as haunting memories threaten to tear down her crumbling mask, revealing insecurities beneath. Newly freed, she struggles to figure out her purpose and the meaning of self amidst the ruins of the life she's lost.
It's up to the two bugs to weave a new destiny for themselves, even when everything threatens to collapse around them once again.

Summary
She stiffened as it turned its wrist to look at her, blinking as its face came into view. She was surprised to see a pale, horned mask. Aside from the crudely-wrapped bandages covering one of its eyes, the shape of its horns and the abysmal state its cloak was in, the resemblance to the spider was quite striking.
In which the Dung Defender and the Hollow Knight travel to Pharloom in search of Hallownest's missing sentinel and get wrapped up in much more than they initially anticipated.

Summary
Hornet's upset expression gives way for a very concerned one. "Did you..." she starts, but doesn't want to say it out loud. "What is the last thing you remember?"
Lace looks up at her, trying to read her face. Her eyes seem to flicker nervously, taking small, shallow breaths. Her gaze wanders to the floor. "I..." She opens her mouth to say something, but it doesn't come out. Then she tries again. "After- after our battle. In the Deep Docks. You won in our duel and I- The Citadel. I went back to the Citadel."
Hornet looks her in the eyes, trying to find a sign, any sign, that this was a joke. A horrible, cruel joke, but just a joke nonetheless. But there is none of Lace's telltale signs when she lies to be found on her face. "You do not... remember our confrontation at the flower field either, then."

Lace looked to her right.
Hornet wasn’t moving.
Lace was a little dramatic at times, yes. She and her sister made up for Mother’s stone-cold demeanour with their theatrics and banter. The hunter herself even lamented on how annoying she was to her face. More than once.
Despite that, it wasn’t too far off the mark to say that seeing Hornet like that made Lace's heart drop.

Set after the events of Act 3, Hornet and Lace get captured and sent to the Slab, where they must work together to break out of the prison and find out what's going on
