Summary
She knew from a young age what she wanted to do for the rest of her life: uplift and help others. So, of course, after graduating, she jumped right into college to pursue a bachelor’s in social work. After graduation, her father, Lucifer, had no issue blowing some money to help her open a rehabilitation center to make her happy. The rehabilitation center itself was located in a small building in New York City, a rusty yet homely place once fixed up and…not at all profitable. Yet it maintained one goal-to help others.
Of course, journalists swarmed the center once it opened, eager to get the latest story on "New York's nepo baby with a savior complex". Everyone coming to corner a not-so-media-trained Charlie Morningstar.
Alastor is one of those journalists. An infamous one known for scathing stories that burn businesses and reputations to the ground. But maybe, just maybe, Charlie is different.

And he couldn't pass up the opportunity to rub elbows with one of the most powerful demons in Hell! That's if she agrees to solving the Radio Demon's little...predicament.
"The Morningstar kid's gonna be susceptible to anyone offerin' her shelter and support, and if her reachin' out to Vox says anythin'," Husk grinned, gesturing at Al's overall presence and delighting as the pieces clicked for him, too.
"Our princess needs a man to comfort her, protect her...guide her."
"Where the Devil failed, you'll succeed, Alastor," Husk concluded, pleased to have convinced the Radio Demon of the meeting's advantage. "Before ya know it, she's gonna be healin' ya in exchange for a few pats on the head and whispers of praisin' words."
Alastor chuckled darkly, fixing his bowtie. "Well, then lead the way! You have a princess waiting for you, and I have a deal waiting for me."

Or in which Alastor gets Husk's advice mixed up and ends up gifting the Princess of Hell her little hotel with no deal in sight.

“What is this project, by the by?”
The corners of Lucifer’s mouth drop immediately. His eyes dart towards the corner of the room until it goes back to him, over to the wall, back to him, down to the floor. “It’s, um–” He sucks in his lips before popping them open. “I should– you know, she should really be the one to tell you that. There’s so many… details and particulars. Business things…”
He can practically see the sweat beading off the man.
Alastor puts the paper back down onto the desk.
“Well then, when can I meet with her?”
Seven years ago, Alastor was killed in a battle, causing all of his contracted souls to be released. Now significantly lacking in power upon his resurrection, he hides himself out in the middle of nowhere, attempting to bide his time as he tries to figure out a way to climb back to the top. Being an infamous demon with vendettas abound in relation to him doesn't exactly make it easy to get himself back out there.
Lucifer, however, has a deal for him. He'll be given his power back and more if he agrees to assist his darling daughter in her business venture.
It goes about as well as you'd expect.

“I thought we were friends,” she finally whispers, lowering her stare in embarrassment and shame; how could she ever be so gullible.
“Friends?”
Alastor’s voice is laced with static, thick and buzzing as if the word tastes bitterly on his tongue. His neck twists a bit further, stopping at an unnatural angle as he tips his head sideways with an audible crack. Charlie feels his eyes on her, studying her every miniscule expression and the corner of her lips twitches. He clicks his tongue, as if that small slipup is all he needs. Nausea pools at the pit of Charlie’s belly, and she wraps her arms around herself.
“Yes, friends,” she pushes, the annoyance and hurt bleeding through.
“Hm. Is that what we are?” Alastor muses far too quickly, looking away as he taps one claw thoughtfully against his lip. “Well, I suppose I might have muddied the waters somewhat.”

Summary
And Alastor couldn’t help but find her absolutely breathtaking when she was covered in blood. A deep hunger in him awoke at the sight of her porcelain skin being smeared with the red thick liquid. It didn’t help that she loved to sing occasionally when they were out hunting as well. Her beautiful voice filling his ears and heart as he’d stop and stare at the tall demoness twirl around in the dead of night, without a care in the world.
Or
Alastor tries to summon a demon and is surprise to see that he had summoned the princess of hell herself.

Alastor’s finger trailed from her shoulder to her neck. It swiped up the hollow of her throat to rest gently beneath her chin, locking her gaze onto his own. His smile thinned. “You're not an angel, Miss Morningstar,” he said simply. “You never have been. And you never will.”
Charlie frowned against the sudden tightness in her chest. She’d spent her whole life being told who she was. Who she could and couldn’t be. “You’re wrong,” she insisted. “People can change.”
“Mmm… I’d save that one for syndication, sweetheart.”
One year after the battle with Adam, Vaggie's body succumbs to the toxins of Hell, forcing her to return to Heaven. Permanently. As Charlie grapples with the prospect of an interminable long-distance relationship (as well as the ever-solidifying realization that "redemption" means all her friends will ultimately leave her), she starts building up tension. A lot of tension.
And what better way for a Hellborn gal to relieve it than with some good old-fashioned violence? Especially with a certain hotelier who's more than eager to shed some blood. Surely, there's nothing too terrible about that. After all, it's only violence, right?

Summary
Alastor feels like he’s herding sheep as he makes sure that his and Charlie’s wedding is as blissful as possible. Why would they entertain anyone who wouldn’t dedicate themselves to the bride? He didn’t care who he offended as long as Charlie was happy. None of them would dare to do anything.
Save for one. The one person that Alastor loathed almost as much as his father decided to, indeed, take offence. When Alastor is taken for a ‘lesson’ which would, eventually, end in his death, all he could do was be defiant. If he was going to die, he would make it as terrible of a torture session as possible and, possibly, keep Charlie safe from the wrath.

Charlotte Morningstar, the heir to Hell’s throne, was all about unicorns and rainbows. It's a good thing that hell itself is not; it means a very small amount of them is available. Otherwise, Princess would have a problem.
The thing is, Charlotte Morningstar was allergic to unicorns and rainbows.
