The driver barked at him to sit back down, which Zack only did because he felt like it would be better for his nerves.
“Oh yeah, Midgar!” Zack said triumphantly, leaning over to where Cloud was sitting against the back of the truck, head lolled listlessly to one side. In a softer voice, the older man said, “We’re finally here, Cloud. I can see the main pillar in the distance. Just a little more and we’ll be safe, alright?”
