“Summoned to court?” Yoongi repeats, switching his gaze between Captain Park and Taehyung in confusion. “Like … the royal court?”
“Yes,” Captain Park confirms, and Taehyung’s mouth drops open. That can’t be right, right? No one from their end of the city has ever been allowed to even step foot on the island, nevertheless enter the royal palace.
“You … you want me to go to the palace?” Taehyung whispers, and Captain Park nods once more.
“Yes, as I said. And we need to go now, they’re waiting for you. You’ve been chosen.”
[Or: Taehyung gets partnered with Kim Seokjin, the crown prince of all people, to solve the case of people in the kingdom disappearing. Neither of them are very happy about it, but well. Apparently, that’s what’s happening now.]
