Summary
Asuka Toyomitsu is an omega field nurse specializing in infectious disease, working in some of the most dangerous and remote locations to combat deadly outbreaks. She is strong, fiercely determined, and driven by a deep sense of responsibility, but her world shatters when a disease she had been fighting to cure leads to unforeseen consequences.
In the midst of her pregnancy with Eijirou, Asuka is left to grapple with a devastating loss. She finds herself feeling increasingly distant from everything and everyone she once knew.
Incipit, a prequel to Red Dirt Never Quite Washes Out, is an original character-focused, one-shot dedicated to resilience and sacrifice, highlighting the complexities of grief, love, and motherhood. Asuka's story provides the emotional foundation for Eijirou Kirishima's future, showing the profound impact of loss and the quiet strength that can emerge from it—even in our darkest moments.

Summary
"Eijirou had been worrying his head off for months. No one had ever made him feel this way. Bakugou was so alluring, like he was from a completely different planet where everyone was really cool and super sexy. Eijirou was from a world that breeds muscles, worships protein, and sweats profusely.
Ok…well, in reality, they were both humans from Earth. Bakugou was a punk, and Eijirou, a jock. Kinda like one of those fan fic tropes. They were opposites, and shouldn’t go together. But still, authors and artists tried to slam them into a happy ending where love conquers all.
Too bad this wasn’t a fan fic."

Summary
He clicked the pen his therapist had given him, opening the first page. In big letters, he wrote, “Reasons To Live: 1-100.”
Then, he flipped to the middle of the journal. He paused, felt-tip inches from the page. This was gonna be another mistake to add to his long-running list, wasn’t it?
Caving, he put the pen to the page.
“Reasons to Die: 1-100.”
The idea was simple; old as time.
First to one hundred wins.
***
After being kicked from the friend group his second year, radio silence from Bakugou over the summer, and a suicide attempt, Kirishima starts to spiral when he returns to UA.
Bakugou walks back into his life wanting to know why his hair is black all of the sudden.

Summary
Eijirou did not know if it was normal to think about other boys this way. His classmates and friends often teased each other, whistling and howling whenever a boy and a girl sat together. His friend Denki was always yapping about girls in their grade.
Eijirou never understood it. He never thought about girls.
But Katsuki? He made Eijirou’s cheeks warm and his chest tingle. Even as he sat in his room, he was still unable to shake the thoughts out of his head.

Courtship is a big part of their culture, but Eijirou didn’t know if it was okay to court boys too.

Summary
Katsuki loves Eijirou.
Like, loves him harder than a Howitzer hits.
Sure, he's got a disconnect between his heart and his shit mouth-- so admitting soft things out loud sucks ass and honestly it's harder than swallowing glass-- but it doesn't change the fact that he is absolutely gone for his dumbass.

Summary
“Holy shit, am I the other woman?” Eijirou whispers to himself, eyes wide, after Blond Bombshell leaves with his drink.
“Huh?” Mina comes to stand next to him, wiping the counter down with the damp rag from the sink. “What are you going on about?”
“I thought maybe the other man was the mistress, but… that’s me. I’m the other woman.” He pouts, which is surely a ridiculous look on his face.
“Oh my god, Eij, you can’t be the other woman if he doesn’t even know you like him.” She rolls her eyes, laughing as she walks away.

Summary
Life after the war is tough. Katsuki is stuck in the hospital severely wounded with no idea when he’ll be able to get out and return to his normal life—whatever that even looks like at this point. He’s left alone with his thoughts which can be frightening. His only saving grace is in the form of one Kirishima Eijirou, who comes to visit every single day after school like clockwork. Slowly, Katsuki starts to feel a little better both in body and mind.
When they run out of things to talk about, Kirishima begins to tell him a story about ‘the barbarian prince and his dragon companion.’ He tells the epic tale of how they defied all odds and beat the evil sorcerer. And maybe, just maybe, fell in love along the way.

Katsuki honestly doesn't know why he lets his so-called friends drag him out to these sorts of bullshit. Let alone why he invited that annoying as fucking goddamn hell—
“Oh my god! Like thankies so much for inviting me out, Bakugo. I like, love the mall!”
“I didn't fuc—”
“Yup! That's our Blasty! So nice and considerate!” Denki chimed in.
Dammit all to hell…why did he agree to this? Stupid Pinky had begged and begged him to invite that stupid transformer chick that he was working with for the provisional license exam. He doesn't even know how her goddamn number ended up on his phone.

Bakugou is headstrong and determined in everything he does. When he sets his sights on a goal, he does whatever it takes to achieve it. He refuses to be anything less than number one in life and all it entails—becoming the top pro hero, academics, and even love. When he confesses to Eijirou that he has feelings for him, his attitude on the subject is interesting. Eijirou is surprised, not having ever expected to be confessed to by his best friend, and since he doesn't outright refuse him, Bakugou seizes that opportunity to pull all his energy into making Eijirou return the feelings.
