Summary
Ten years ago, Sawamura Daichi left his first friend and childhood love, "ToTo", with barely anything to remember him by. Years later, Daichi suddenly finds himself pestered by fellow captain Oikawa Tooru, someone that Daichi sees as an enemy and nuisance. He decides, quite easily and without any guilt, that he hates Oikawa, but isn't quite prepared for when these feelings start to change.
AKA a mostly canon-compliant Haikyuu telling of the budding relationship between two captains while exasperated family and friends are forced to watch two, respectfully, pining and oblivious idiots come together

Summary
Miguel is just starting to get his life together which includes getting used to the Spider trainees that keep on following him around when an incident at Hobie’s world causes their technology to malfunction and powers to temporarily disappear. While the other Spiders take it as a chance to get to know each other better, Miguel is focusing on covering up his quickly deteriorating condition and handling his genetic condition that has returned with a burning fury.

Playing volleyball is nice. High school is nice. Hiding your identity as a wanted member of a group of the most powerful supervillains in Japan isn't nearly as nice.
Or Akaashi, Daichi, Kuroo, Oikawa, and Ushijima, along with their ally and safe-house owner, Sakusa, make up the mysterious and elusive supervillain group called the Horsemen who are wanted by the National Heroes Association. During the day, they hide the fact that they have superpowers, are villains, and are leading a double-life from their friends/teams. Friends who they know also happen to be superheroes working for the Association. It's hard, leading a double-life, but it'll be worth it to protect the nation and their hero teammates from the corruption that is spreading exponentially from the top of the Association.

Ukai finally notices it after Karasuno's loss against Aoba Johsai: Sawamura Daichi is too responsible and seems to be acting as a coach at times in addition to his role as captain. He decides to confront Sawamura about this, just to tell him that it's okay to take a step back every now and then, but what comes out of the encounter is completely different than what he expected.

Ushijima thought he had his first year of university planned out: don’t mess up his friendship with the other former captains who happen to be his hall mates, keep his position as a starter to increase his chances of being on a good pro team, keep his grades up, text his old teammates at least once a week, practice, study. So it’s strange when he realizes halfway through the term that he somehow managed to fit falling in love into his schedule.
If only he could get the words out of his mouth before he lets the unreachable get away forever.

His life probably changed tracks after saving his friend back in school and now, years later, dressed in shades of Japan’s red and white as the number one hero, he watches an underground hero who also happens to be his UA coworker send the most dangerous villain the world has ever seen straight at Aizawa with a single punch as if saying “hi”.
“WHAT THE HELL!” Aizawa shouts.
“OH SHIT! I’M SO SORRY I DID NOT SEE YOU THERE PLEASE DON’T LET THIS END OUR LUNCHES!”
“JUST KISS ALREADY.” All for One groans as he crashes into a building, this situation already having happened exactly nine times.
In which in some way or another, Aizawa Shouta ends up becoming the number one hero, and Yagi Toshinori ends up fighting evil with a smile from the shadows. And they both pine for the other so visibly that even the villains ship it.

March of 2011, not even two weeks after the end of his second year of high school and the gap before his third, Miya Atsumu goes to visit family the Iwate Prefecture, happy to have some “me time” without his parents or brother. He leaves with a smile on his face and a snarky remark on his lips.
Osamu Miya stands in front of the TV. “The Tohoku earthquake,” the newsanchor says with a solemn face, the blood slowly draining from Osamu’s face, “the most powerful recorded earthquake to hit Japan. Hundreds are already dead or missing. The quake triggered a tsunami, which reached the Iwate and Miyagi Prefectures twenty minutes ago.” Osamu ignores the rest of that the person says, rushing to his phone to dial his brother’s phone number.
