Saitama watches the news with his warm breakfast as he hears a nearby cellphone ring out for attention. Genos answers it in the kitchen, mumbling a response to the recipient on the other end. He informs his teacher that he’s been called to deal with a monster, and he will return shortly. Saitama wishes him luck with it and out the door the cyborg goes.
Saitama continues watching the news. A phone rings in the kitchen. Genos answers it. Genos informs Saitama that there’s a nearby monster and leaves to take care of it.
Saitama picks at his food. Phone rings. Genos answers. Genos leaves.

“My potential,” Yoon Jongwoo mutters, a sardonic tilt to his mouth. His gaze holds a little more weight now as he regards Moonjo. “You’re very invested in this.”
“Of course I am. How can a student learn if his master holds himself back?”
Or; Moonjo enrols back into university upon hearing that his favourite author will be a guest lecturer there. Yearning ensues.

Saitama is a sociopathic villain and the Hero Association’s enemy No.1. The Association starts a propaganda campaign to turn the world against the villain. Genos, an S-Class hero, suspects his employers’ motives. He believes targeting the villain is a dangerous game that will backfire. The HA seems to be baiting Saitama into attacking its heroes—and nearly succeeds.
To keep heroes safe from Saitama, Genos makes a dark agreement with him. Despite HA’s slander, Saitama agrees not to obliterate their headquarters. In exchange, Saitama gets… Genos.
To escape Saitama’s influence, Genos takes an interest in HA’s corrupted politics. But soon, Genos realizes he’s walked deep into the monsters’ den—And they hold power in a way Genos doesn’t. Genos needs help to solve HA’s conspiracy, but trusts few people not to try to murder him in his sleep. By a twist of fate, one of them is Saitama. But the villain is unwilling to help Genos save the heroes he loathes.
In a world of monsters and omnipotence, defining humanity can be a struggle.

Summary
Kyle’s life looks perfect on paper. A steady job. His own place. Friends who would bleed for him. But underneath it all sits an ache he never outran, the kind tied to a past he never got closure from and a certain someone he spent years pretending he didn’t need.
Eric Cartman vanished right before the beginning of their lives under mysterious circumstances, leaving Kyle, their town, and every unfinished truth between them scattered in the dust. Years passed. Kyle moved forward. The ache never disappeared.
Ignore something like that long enough and it mutates. In Kyle’s case, it becomes a fixation, a pull he can’t break no matter how hard he tries.
So when Cartman finally comes back, he doesn’t come quietly. He brings secrets, new scars, stories he refuses to tell. A trail of violence. Mysteries no one is ready to face.
Yet, nothing between them ever stays buried. Not the hurt. Not the want. Not the obsession that threatens to swallow them both whole.
