Summary
I love it when Peter gets trauma, and my three favorite tropes for him are , Hydra Peter Parker, Peter getting taken as an evil sidekick, and Peter goes to Gotham. Naturally I had to smash these three tropes into one fic, so I bring you:
"Spinn did not have an objective, the Clown was currently acting as the handler Asset Shadow Spinner, however there were currently no tasks that needed to be completed. Shadow Spinner will soon become ineffective if kept in this state."

In other words, Peter Parker raised in Hydra, gets sent to the DC universe and taken as the Joker's new side act. What will the still brainwashed asset do when he starts to break free from Hydra's control, and maybe fall in love with one of the cities birds as well.

Peter Parker wakes up in a random alley. Just another bad day for Spider-Man, nothing new in the usual programming.
Unfortunately, nothing is simple for someone with Parker luck. Not only does he have the shock of being in New Jersey, but he has landed completely alone in an alternate universe, with his mutations changing and terrible city names. Seriously, who the hell names a city "Metropolis"? It's like naming your dog "Dog."

Peter decides to take Miles in under his care and become Miles's guardian. After a lot of convincing and rebelling, Peter is reluctant to become Miles's mentor shows him how to become Spider-Man.
But the life of Spider-Mans (Spider-Men?) has never been easy. While getting Peter's belongings back from the old Octavius Industries lab Peter and Miles got in an accident and got them to a strange city...

He’s careful about the alpha he chooses and determined to carve out a life for himself with a handsome stranger. But the shock of his alpha’s appearance is nothing compared to the slamming of the door in his face as Wade declares he has no intention of mating with anyone, especially not some gold-digging omega tart.

Peter Parker's life was derailed when he mutated into a strange human/spider hybrid, and he knows that's not the way things went down for him in other realities.
