He finds himself able to breathe underwater, but he's held in the clutches of sea dwellers that want to posses or use him. He's not sure how Geralt will find him or if he'll be able to escape before he's trapped under the waves forever.

Summary
Jaskier is attending Comic-Con to promote his show, "Dandelion" a musical thriller. While everything on the show is fiction, Jaskier has a penchant for danger and very quickly finds himself in a bit of trouble and into the arms of one delectable man who he feels drawn to. His heart whispers soulmate, but after his previous disaster with his soul mark, he can't bear to believe it true.
The punch in the gut tells him that much.

Geralt meanwhile attends Comic-Con not for the fanbase but for the rumor of a doppler hired for an assassination. He hates every second of it, from the loud noises to the horrible smells. And he's quite eager to kill the thing and be done with it. It should've been a simple mission anyway. That is, until the doppler attempts to kill some actor and Geralt goes feral for absolutely no reason.
And then, because Destiny is a heinous bitch, shit hits the fan. And Geralt soon finds himself stuck with a very loud and exasperating man as his new anchor.
Well fuck.

But things are not always as they seem, and as the curse tightens its grip on Jaskier, Geralt is forced to face the fear of failing yet another person whose choices were stolen from them.

Jaskier is old. He's old and patient and he will not let a Witcher outstubborn him, not when it comes to the matters of the heart. Even after Geralt screams at him, Jaskier can wait. He vists Kaer Morhen, takes care of his treasure, gets a horse and acquires a sorceress friend.
Through it all, he loves his stupid Witcher and his precious princess and when they meet and they're threatened, Jaskier will not hesitate to do anything if that means they're safe. Only then he makes sure they're both cared for and loved.

If her hunch is correct, then the child is none other than the Master Bard Jaskier.
When Yennefer comes across a seven-year-old Jaskier, filthy and starving in the woods, she takes him back to Kaer Morhen to help him recover and also figure out who cursed the bard and how to fix it before it's too late and he's stuck reliving his entire life.

I just assumed you’d been… put up for auction, when a groom was requested in the place of a bride. That you had no earnest, physical interest in men. Or if you did, that I was out of your age bracket. Which is acceptable. I have less than no interest in traumatizing you, or anyone, with my attentions.”
It was beginning to sink in for Jaskier that maybe, just maybe, he had in fact been joined in holy matrimony with a perfectly lovely man.

The feverish sheen on the Witcher’s skin, the alert, skittish look in his eyes and the--. He cleared the distance between them in three strides. Geralt retreated until his back hit the wall with a dull thud, but Jaskier would not be deterred. He shoved his face into the crook of Geralt’s neck and breathed in deeply, his hands gripping the edges of the damp cloak draped over broad shoulders. “You’re…”
“I need… need to ask you… for a…” He clenched his teeth, eyes rolling to the ceiling. Two gloved hands lifted to push Jaskier away from his chest; it felt like trying to move a mountain. Not because Jaskier pushed back, but because every fibre of his being wanted to pull the other way. Ask for a what though? ‘Favour’ didn’t quite fit the bill for what he was about to request, and so he stared at Jaskier with those intense golden eyes, while mentally scrambling for a coherent explanation amidst the brain fog.
Geralt and Jaskier get together, fall in love with Eskel, and learn that it's all right to want (and let themselves have) things.

Over winter at Kaer Morhen with Ciri, Geralt realizes that he loves Jaskier, and has for years. Everyone at the keep decides the only logical thing that can happen is that Geralt court and wed Jaskier. But Geralt wants to do it properly. So the strongest, most fearsome warriors in all the land, research how to woo a minor noble and send Geralt back into the world with elaborate lists and a game plan.
And it all is going great. Courting turns out to be a lot easier than he expected. He and Jaskier will be married well before the return to Kaer Morhen for the winter!
Jaskier is thrilled to have his best friend back, and be off adventuring again. Geralt is behaving a bit oddly, but well, people get weird sometimes.
A fic where Jaskier is the romantically clueless one. Just because he sings about love, doesn't mean he'll see it - even when it is Witcher sized and holding flowers right in his face.
