Summary
Seventeen years ago, monsters known only as Shadows began to appear in Japan, their only goal being the destruction of humanity. However, at the same time, humans began forming contracts with powerful Shadows born of the human heart, known as Personas. While the Shadows are a constant threat to all of society, Personas and their users do everything in their power to fight back against this threat and protect those who can't defend themselves. While part of the public see these unique individuals as real-life superheroes, the rest see them as potentially dangerous.
Akira Kurusu always saw them as brave heroes.
When Akira moved to Tokyo to fulfil his probation order, the last thing he expected was to be dragged into a Shadow nest called the Metaverse and become a Persona User himself. But with Arsène on his shoulder, and his new friends and fellow users by his side, perhaps he can do more than just keep his head down and stay out of trouble.

...Something must have gone wrong during the switch. As Aziraphale stared at this tiny child he became acutely aware of the sound of water dripping off of something. Quietly at first, and then a great deal louder.
Oh... it was coming from the child— he was— he was p—“Oh, boll—!“
~Switching places to escape their respective side’s punishments results in disastrous consequences for Crowley and throws angel Aziraphale head first into being his caregiver. It goes about as well as you would expect.
