Sleeper agent AU. In space. Adora sort of only wears animal furs and loin cloths because her civilization is only at that stage and its really hot in a jungle.
Catra Weaver is at her wits end after this last mission, being sent down to this new mysterious remote gem of a planet they'd found, she'd captured a native and now has to watch as the Amazonian gets experimented on by her step mother miss Shadow Weaver.
This show makes her regret everything and hate everyone responsible for getting her to this moment in her life even more, the stress of staying in the Horde and fighting for it while thinking that most of her surviving family hates her... Its enough to break a person, especially when you know who sent her here...
So Catra makes a final decision, it was time to end this mission and go home.

There was one thing that Catra knew for sure and that was Adora always tried to leave on good terms with her exes. She was friends with all of them, whether she saw them again or not. She didn’t like having bad blood with people and that included her ex-girlfriends and ex-boyfriends. That was probably why she was so well liked. Catra didn’t really understand why she’d still want to be friend with people who she had dated but if that made her happy so be it. If anything, this meant that they could still be friends, right?
“Adora is my-” began the feline but was interrupted.
“-Ex-girlfriend,” finished Adora.
And Catra felt her heart shatter.
