Oceanus did not cave at the end of the first titan war, nor the second. In fact because Poseidon has often gone to Olympus when they needed help, he could be considered as winning this war. Amphitrite has gone to beg for him to give in for her children, her people, and her husband. Only Oceanus will not treat with her, nor any of her blood. He will treat with Percy Jackson.
Otherwise known as Percy ends up having to treat with Oceanus to avoid the third titan war and slowly figures out a lot about himself and his future as he does so.

“This… this would qualify as a mental breakdown, right?” Triton asked, frowning over his shoulder to where Percy was still fuming in the corner. The lady at the counter curiously glanced over before lifting a questioning brow. “My brother – half-brother, technically, I have much better breeding – decided to run away from home to where our father can’t reach him and now he won’t leave. And now I can’t leave unless he leaves,” Triton continued. Percy opened his mouth to object that wasn’t what happened at all, but the tyrant only waved a hand to silence him. “He’s seen war or whatever, so if you could maybe just drug him then I’ll throw him into a suitcase and we can be out of here by the Summer Solstice!”
Silence. Finally, the woman cleared her throat and turned to Percy.
“I’m guessing he’s the one you want checked into the mental hospital?” She asked. Triton gasped as Percy punched the air in victory.
“Aha!”

Izuku finally looked at her, to realize he was holding the hand of the youngest hero ever, the same age as himself, Holy Knight. The American Saintess, adored by the government and heroes alike. She had recently told the public that she was moving to Japan but nothing had been shown of her actually being here.
“You couldn’t believe you got to meet me? Why?” Izuku asked, more than just a little skeptical.
She pulled him closer and he did not bother pulling away when her touch gave him so much energy, “Why wouldn’t I want to meet the only demi-god to currently exist on earth?”
Izuku bluescreened, not sure what he had just heard when she bowed like a knight, “I, Serena Ellium, offer my prayers and faith to the Demi-god standing before me.”
“DEMI-GOD?!” The class roared.
.....
Izuku was a quirkless kid with superior intelligence and what looked to be depression. He had one plan, become a hero at UA. The Universe had something a little bigger planned.
He met Serena the American Saintess and realized his Demi-god lineage. Follow him on his journey to understand himself, his new found powers, and his plan to the future.
