He agrees to return to Middle-Earth, two years before the quest to reclaim Erebor, as a second chance to change things for the better and save many lives. Better prepared this time, he becomes closer with all the Company, and does all he can to save Thorin, Fili and Kili, and prevent Frodo from ever having to travel to Mordor.

Percy knew that traveling back to ancient Greece wouldn’t be a walk in the park (time travel was supposed to be impossible), but he was determined to keep his promise to Telemachus; not knowing that being back wouldn‘t solve all of his problems like some Holy Moly.
But Percy was one stubborn demigod, and he had a lot to fight for. He would face gods, suitors, and arrogant guards, as well as unfairness, schemes and heartbreak gladly, if it meant to finally reach his Dream-Boy again. And…cows (?) where in Hades did they come from? And what was that about someone trying to trap his Prince in a marriage?!
Oh, and Ody would also need a way back home to finally rid the palace of all the rats crawling around.
All in all, there would be enough to keep him entertained for a while…if he could only find the answer to the most useless crappy riddle the Fates had ever spun! (Pun intended, but not appreciated…)

Arthur knows that he must be the reason that he and Gwen aren't able to have a child. They have a few fights, but Arthur makes a few plans, with Gwen's consent, of course, that leads to giving her what she wants and not losing her.
OR
Arthur sends Merlin to Gwen's chambers late at night to deliver a gift, not telling him that Merlin is the gift. Gwen is thankful her husband cares so much about her. Merlin spends a lot of time confused.
(Set near the time that would be the beginning of season 5 and taking a scenic route around and away from it. Canon divergent, so not everything happened the way it did during season 4, but a lot of it did.)
