While on a raid, they end up saving Collin the cherub, who refused to fall like his former friends, and he helps them take down the syndicate. Years later, Collin now works with the Heaven sponsored Afterlife Gifted Guardian and Retribution Organization (A.G.G.R.O) that has taken I.M.P. and made it more about protection and retribution rather then revenge. With peace between Heaven and Hell stable thanks to the success of the Hazbin Hotel system, Collin has become close friends with those he once disliked and feared, especially Loona who he shares a close bond with.
One day, Loona comes to work after dealing with a messy breakup and confides that she just wants one Valentine's Day where she can experience what everyone else has with their lovers.
