The boys of South Park are now in high school and life has never been harder. Kyle struggles to keep his friends together even as they seemed determined to come undone. Kenny battles his demons both old and new while simultaneously caring for his younger sister Karen and protecting Butters whose home life has become more abusive than ever. Craig fights to find a way to keep a reeling Tweek grounded after Tweek's return from rehab, and well... Cartman is Cartman, around to be as unsupportive as ever, that is until tragedy leaves him in desperate need of support himself.
Friendships are tested, relationships change, and maybe with luck the boys might actually make it out of high school in one piece.
But then again, maybe not.

It's been five years since the back alley market was brought down, and since then, the world hasn't but become... five years older.
