He can’t see or hear, but he can feel the pain they’re inflicting on him with abandon. He’s trying very hard to ignore it, but with nothing else to pay attention to, it’s getting harder and harder.
It’s like he’s floating, completely detached from reality except for those moments when the feeling seeps through. Large, alien hands on his bare skin. Blood running down his face. Something cold and hard getting fitted over his mouth. A prick of a needle in his arm.
He wants to fight it…
But he just can’t.
