Therefore, it's just to prevent a headache that Dabi arranges the blankets and pillows into a nest and lights a fire in the living room. He's just nipping that shit in the bud, is all.
The dinner and hot chocolate is just a coincidence.

That's not all. There's more left unspoken on the hill of Liam's tongue, something he sees in the blaze of Theo's look, too, as Theo runs his gaze down Liam's battered body and back up to his face. A silent agreement: but I will fight with you.

Keeping a hand firmly on Liam's nape to draw any residual pain, Theo flicks out the claws on a few fingers of his right hand to slash through the back of Liam's shirt and clear away the fabric from the gory-looking wound underneath, then staunch the blood flow.
"When you said--rip a shirt--said--I thought--wasn't imagining this," Liam chokes out.
"Shut up," Theo says with the quiet fury of his worry.

Liam is seriously not okay with this plan; especially since they seem hell-bent on slaughtering a group of supernaturals along with him. The beta’s in charge while Scott is gone, and no way is this going down on his watch. But if Theo and Liam want to stop the assassins and not be consumed by the passion, blood, and darkness that surrounds them, they’re going to need each other.
Set after 6x16, but the Hunter situation is ignored/on hold. Contains dual perspectives that will switch throughout chapters. Eventual E (Trust me. I’ve written the chapter. It gets there.)

“I like to keep my prisoners on a short leash,” Argent says then, sounding nonchalant as Theo stiffens in his seat. He didn’t think anyone would ever be bold enough to acknowledge what he truly was. But as usual, it seems Theo has no idea what anyone associated with Scott McCall is going to do.
Argent continues his statement with a heaviness in his tone Theo doesn’t quite understand the need for. “Scott doesn’t like to keep prisoners.”
There’s a question on the tip of Theo’s tongue. Something that’s settled in his bones within the years he’s been freed from the Skinwalkers’ prison.
Then what am I?
(Theo didn’t think he’d have to spend another birthday down in the depths of the Dread Doctors’ tunnels, but as usual, Scott McCall and his pack of self-sacrificing morons have other plans.
Or alternatively: Theo turns twenty-one, meets Liam’s family and winds up cuffed to a radiator alongside Mason. These events do not happen in that order.)

Right next to LD, scribbled in Liam's messy handwriting, was TR.
Or, it’s senior scribe night and while Theo wants to forget about the scorched mark he’s made on Beacon Hills, Liam wants to carve Theo’s name somewhere it can stay forever, right next to his.

These include, but are certainly not limited to: being directly above a loud ass club called Sinema (for bisexuals who want to watch old films projected on a wall while drunk dancing - Theo literally can’t make this stupid shit up), the neighbors all living in each other’s pockets like some sort of fucked up family that can’t decide if they love or hate one another, and an irritating dude living across from him with the bluest eyes and hottest mess of brown hair Theo had ever seen.
Theo hates it there. Maybe. At least a little bit, for sure.
