Summary
La Terre du Milieu mériterait un autre titre, celui de terre de légendes. Des récits ne se sont transmis que par la voix orale. Celui de la Garde est sans doute, pour bien des nains, le plus important. La Garde, pour Thorin, est la source du début de ce gouffre dans son cœur. La première faille.
Plongez dans l'histoire qui ne vous a jamais été racontée. Celle que l'on a tenté de vous cacher mais enfin ressortie d'une montagne depuis longtemps oubliée.
Note : Pour cette fiction, Dori est également un soigneur, au même titre que Oìn. (Surtout parce que je me suis planté et pas envie de tout reprendre)

Summary
It all started with a loud bang from the room next-door. Jefferson looked up from his paperwork, hoping someone else would check what was going on. Of course , at almost midnight, he seemed to be the only person still at his office , working on some paperwork for the cabin meeting tomorrow. Hamilton — as much as it pained it to admit the fact — was amazing with words. A single flaw in his argument might cost him votes he needed for the South prosperity. Paper-knife in his left hand, Thomas opened his door and marched toward the slightly opened one, a few meters to his left. His steps were muffled by the carpet and no noises came from the other side of the door. A burglar? A murderer? No. When he silently stepped in, Jefferson froze. On the floor lay Alexander Hamilton, pale as death and blood pouring from his temple.

Summary
Thomas Jefferson was the first vampire ever born and the leader of every other vampire after him. He dwells deep in a forest in the colonies along with his coven.
For thousands of years he has kept his own loneliness and desire for love hidden from everyone, believing he is doomed to never find it.
He is required by law to marry a vampire and sire children with her in order to keep his bloodline growing.
However a scrappy, intelligent, and beautiful immigrant captures Thomas's unbeating heart, it is love at first sight, for Thomas anyway who believes he has finally found his mate.
The only problem is the immigrant is Alexander Hamilton, a mortal man.
Or: Because of his secret homosexuality Thomas believes he will never find love until Alexander enters his life with the intent to tear down every wall Thomas has built around himself, and with a heart soft enough to love a monster.

Summary
Alexander Hamilton is just not having it today. No matter how many cups of coffee he inhales, he just can't seem to get out of his funk. Uh oh, talk about cranky.
We all love Alex, but what'll happen when he goes too far in a meeting and re-opens a wound his rival was trying so hard to close?
Alex learns his lesson(s): Be careful whom you serve lip for with a tongue like whip, and no matter how big the smile, and no matter how high the head is raised, one is confined, tethered to their past in some way. YOU of all people should know that, Alex!
Thomas is a bird whose wings were clipped, leaving him to stumble backwards into an endless oblivion, AKA Earth. When Alexander strikes an emotional toenail (That's a figure of speech I so cleverly made up), he seeks the safety of his thoughts. On second thought, not so safe. Um, Alex? FIX YOUR MISTAKE, QUICK!
And so, a rocky friendship is built ON the past, and hopefully together, our boys can start looking toward the future. Or, I dunno, maybe stay in the present?Bookmarked by Maewan

Summary
Thomas was so gone for that man that he scared himself with the intensity of his helpless feelings, with the way those excesses which hadn’t really belonged to his personality before now thrived and shone through his reserved demeanour, brought forth violently by Alexander’s overbearing self ever since the day they met, by Alexander with his snarky remarks and omniscient attitude and gentle eyes and reverent hands. Thomas couldn’t bear to lose him over such an idiotic thing, over his own stupidity, and oh how he wanted to just fix it, why couldn’t Thomas manage to be a statesman and a father and a partner at the same time like a functioning person?
(Why couldn’t he stop doubting his Alexander’s love for him at every turn, why couldn’t he stop feeling hurt and overwhelmed by Alexander’s somehow inconstant attentions, why couldn’t he-)Or where Thomas is capable of taking a break when he needs it and he decides to make it up to Alex for having been absent- enter Alexander being himself and ruining all sorts of plans.
