Meanwhile, Obi-Wan Kenobi is looking to get back into the acting scene after taking a break in order to focus on himself. He signs on to be a Jedi in his agent's brother's new movie. The only problem is that his co-star, Anakin Skywalker, is anathema to everything Obi-Wan respects.
And now they have to pretend to be in love?

Obi-Wan sighs through his nose, waiting patiently outside Anakin’s locked door, “Anakin, it’s expected of you. Jabba would find it extremely disrespectful if you weren’t in attendance when he specifically requested you and Ahsoka, and the Republic needs a steady alliance with the Hutt’s trade routes. Jabba has already begun closing them off again. We need this mission to be successful if we wish to have complete access to those hyperspace routes again.”
The only reason that disgusting slug wants Anakin there is because he was involved in rescuing Jabba’s equally disgusting and sluggish son. Obi-Wan could easily go in his place, and Jabba would be none the wiser.
Anakin can feel Obi-Wan prodding through their bond and quickly slams his walls up. He can’t let Obi-Wan in. If he does, then Obi-Wan will be able to feel the way shame burns through his skin. The way anger dances along his nerves at the mere thought of seeing twin suns in the sky and sand as far as the eye can see.
His mother’s final resting place.
“I’m not going,” He repeats, raising his voice to be heard through the wall.

Anakin’s experience with the Hutts is entirely summed up by beatings and whippings in Gardulla’s palace. At three years old. Going into the gangster's palace to return his slimy son is, honestly, a bad idea, even if he's fluent in Huttese. It's likely that Jabba will realize he was once a slave, and well, there goes any negotiation on Hutt trade routes.
A slight addition to the scene in The Clone Wars movie where Anakin returns to Tatooine with baby Hutt.

“Wait, Anakin!” Obi-Wan says sharply, but Anakin spins to face him, and his eyes are alight with emotion.
“She’s dying, Master!” Sorrow and anger mix in his voice. “You don’t understand—she’s from the desert, she can’t live in a place like this. It’s cold, and she needs to fly, she needs the sun. We have to take her home!”
“I don’t think the Temple would have room for something like her,” Obi-Wan tries gently.
“I don’t mean the Temple, Master.” Anakin gives a short huff, calms himself. “I meant her home. Jakku.”Or: Anakin insists on taking a Space Animal back to its home, which results in shenanakins. Obi-Wan muses on wild things, and how much he loves his padawan.
