A week after a civilian dies while Peter is on a rescue mission, the NYPD put out a warrant for his arrest. The NYPD are not known for their gentleness, and so sparks a weeks long challenge to Peter as he keeps trying to save the day and save his ass from a bunch of angry cops.
Basically, another excuse for Peter to get the bejesus scared out of him and whumped all to hell.

And he still has issues, even if they were less than before all of this. He should have known, second chance or not, that good things never last when it comes to him.
