Summary
I broke down El'vhen into component parts and replaced the elided apostrophes. This is still fan fic, because despite having a linguistics minor, I could be very wrong. But if I'm not too far off, it should give us the tools to make new words.
It's mostly all translated from canon sources, Katiebour's Cypher, and the wiki.

You whipped around, the dagger you kept under your pillow aimed at the owner of the voice. Astarion chuckled, hands raised to show he was unarmed. You sighed and dropped your weapon.
“A really bad dream, then, or are you always so quick on the draw?”
You stay quiet and wipe the sweat off your brow and upper lip. There was a stream nearby… but the thought of being alone out here at night terrified you. Sleeping out in the open with another vampire mere feet away was bad enough.
But there was nothing else you could do now to distract your mind. Her eyes, her smile were burned into the forefront of your mind, taunting you, beckoning you back to her.

Defeating Rapheal, and subsequently obtaining the Orphic Hammer, had gone exceptionally well. At least in comparison to how things usually go. However, as the companions move forward with their plans of parasitic liberation, Astarion can’t help but notice that their leader, and his lover, isn’t quite herself. Despite Tav’s assurances, the vampire spawn can tell that the events befalling The House of Hope still haunt her in more ways than one.
