When a love potion is stolen from the dark forest, The shadow king Alastor kidnaps Charlie to hold her hostage until he gets the potion back, intent on destroying the love potion to keep love out of his kingdom. Lucifer arrives to attempt to rescue his daughter and in the process forms an unlikely bond with the shadow king.
Based on the plot of the 2015 movie Strange Magic.
