“W-what are you doing here?” Her hands automatically go up to cover herself, despite being dressed. Although far less than the last time he saw her, “You can’t be back here, I have a client coming-“
He chuckles, low and husky, as he shuts the door behind himself. "Ah, sweetie, you're so cute when you're trying to play hard to get," He says, eyes subtly roaming over her body. "You don't need to worry about any clients coming, sweetheart. I've got a premium on my time with you." He pulls out the card the bartender gave him, winking at her.
“..you’re the one who-?” She sits on the edge of the desk, flushing brightly. “What do you want? What bounty am I worth now?”
He snorts, a low, raspy sound. "Oh, darlin', you're worth so much more than just caps to me," He says, "You're worth my time, my attention... and maybe even my protection." He takes another step closer, eyes locked on hers. "Let's just say, I've got a certain... interest in you, Maclean."

It makes Lucy happy and Lucy has given him some of his humanity back. The least he can do for her is not be a miserable prick no matter how much he still hates Vault-Tec.

“We.. we..” Lucy runs toward him, tripping on her own feet in excitement. On her way down, she catches onto him, “We did it!”Cooper's eyes lock onto Lucy's as she stumbles towards him. His gaze is drawn to her flushed, sweat stricken face, her dark brown hair disheveled from the fight. He can smell the metallic tang of blood on her skin, but it only adds to his attraction. "We sure did," he says, low and husky. Cooper wrapped his arms around to catch her, preventing her from falling face first to the ground, but when his arms wrapped around her waist, he couldn't help but inhale her scent.
The sweat, the blood, the adrenaline.
His little vaultie looked good like that.
In a spark of confidence and endorphins, she surges upward, capturing his lips and pulling him down to her level.

Summary
The Ghoul crashes to the ground hard on his backside as Lucy straddles him. Lucy pins Cooper's wrists above his head, her lithe body pressing him into the dirt. She glares down at him with a mix of anger and triumph. "I don't need to respect you," she snaps. "You're nothing but an arrogant prick who thinks he can say and do whatever he wants."As they grapple on the ground, their bodies pressed together in ways that make Cooper acutely aware of how soft Lucy feels against him. He can feel every curve through their clothes as she straddles his hips. To his horror, he realizes that this fight is having quite an effect on certain parts of his anatomy. A part that has laid dormant for decades. Cooper manages to roll them over, reversing their positions so that he's on top but Lucy is relentless in her struggle against him.

She winced in pain as the wound on her shoulder throbbed from being slammed against the door. Her voice rose in a squeaky pitch. "You're hurt too, Coop! We both are! Maybe we should just take a deep breath and-" Lucy's words trailed off as she gazed up at Cooper with pleading eyes.Cooper growls, pushing his body against hers. “You don’t think I know that?!”
Something… hard was poking into Lucy.
Lucy's eyes flickered down to the obvious bulge in Cooper's pants, her cheeks flushing with a mix of embarrassment and adrenaline. She swallowed hard, trying to process what was happening. "O-okay... I think you're getting a little mixed up," she stammered, her voice barely above a whisper.
