Two obeys his orders without question. He thinks they come from himself, after all—of course he does. Of course he would.
Nothing was ever more important to Zim than himself, and so this other Zim, this second Zim, is dropping to his knees before Dib’s eyes within heartbeats of the order leaving his elder-Zim-facsimile shell, moving with the same graceless, manic urgency he always did to follow his idol’s command and touch himself.

In which Dib doesn’t consider the fact that pain and pleasure tend to light up the same brain circuits.
Or, Dib masturbates and Zim can feel it.
(This fic has been edited 5/1/2021 to fix some typos, dialogue, and just a few things that bothered me in general, like wording. Otherwise the story is exactly the same.)

“Wh-what are you waiting for?” his foe responds, defiant despite his very much compromised position. His eyes are wide with anticipation and dark with desire, unwavering from Zim’s with a too-familiar spark of challenge. “Do it.”
And Zim could - it would be so easy to tear him apart like this, make him scream and bleed and writhe in agony. So easy that a mere Irken smeet could probably do it, given the correct tools, and maybe that - rather than any foolish mercy - is precisely why he doesn’t. It wouldn’t be as satisfying as watching Dib gasp and groan and tremble under his touch, half-lidded eyes fixated on Zim, only Zim, because only Zim can give him what he so desperately craves. No human could ever satisfy his burning curiosity and desperation and hunger for more, more than his ignorant world is willing to acknowledge or accept. He doesn’t need them: he needs Zim, maybe more than anyone ever has.

It still didn’t help. Zim frowned, and he let go of Dib again, shoving him away and trying to read his face. It was nothing like he had ever seen before. Another beat passed, before Dib was finally able to fight the words out.

There are a lot of things about Sukuna that morbidly fascinate Yuuji. Not least of all, his ability to manifest his mouths on apparently just about anywhere he wants on his/Yuuji’s body.
But at the end of it all, Yuuji is still very much a growing, hormonal teenage boy, whose mind naturally brings him to some pretty…risky territories in spite of all of his good sense against it.
Even more unfortunately, Sukuna is not the one to let a potential crack in Yuuji’s resolve to use against him to exploit go, even if it’s just purely for his own entertainment, blurring the lines between fantasy and unwanted truths.
