Jazz awoke with a start. The kind of awakening where all his systems flared, his optics quickly searching the room, and he had the unmistakable urge to run. He was on the Ark, in his hab suite on Earth. A sudden flash of light illuminated the room in a bright light that disappeared in less than a klik. As his audials finally kicked on, he noticed the sound of pouring rain and distant thunder, along with how the worn metal of the Autobot base creaked from the wind.
It must have been storming.
