Summary

Summary
Marco was not sure what he had expected when he had started scouting the North Blue for just the hint of a way to treat Pops' illness better. A lucky break perhaps, hoping to find the Ope Ope no Mi fruit that Haruta swore up and down had been spotted some two years back in that Blue.
Or perhaps a clue who had the fruit now.
He did not actually expect to find the current user of the Ope Ope no Mi - something that would have flown under his radar completely if he hadn't seen the child - because that was still a child - reattaching a floating limb. Golden eyes. Black hair. Way too short for his age - stunted health, probably due to malnourishment or sickness or both, Marco noted clinically. A tiny polar bear mink hiding behind him - Marco almost squeaked because what? And a rusted blade pointed at Marco's neck as soon as the First Division Commander made his presence known to the children.
Needless to say, Trafalgar Law was not what the Phoenix expected. But perhaps he was exactly what Pops needed.
Because Calypso help him, that was a new sibling in the making and he was adorable. Marco did his best to ignore the Phoenix crooning at the back of his mind. Chicklet. Mine.

He tried to push himself up, but his arms gave out, and he fell back to the ground. He lies there, staring up at the hole in the ceiling. He could see dark clouds in the sky through the branches of trees. 'Trees on a ship? Are those tangerines on them? What the hell?' The thought passed through Buggy's mind, making him feel utterly exhausted. He felt himself slip away and closed his eyes, hoping that the ship he landed on was a safe one. 'Just a moment. I just need to catch my breath for a moment.' was the last thought as his mind went blank.

Summary
“Red-Hair” Shanks truly thought that nothing in the world at this point could surprise him. Given the circumstances of his entire life; being found by the Pirate King as an infant, growing up as a cabin boy alongside another boy who would go on to eat a devil fruit and gain the powers of the Bara Bara No Mi and then eventually founding his own crew. Of course, soon after sailing the seas with his nakama, it would lead to him in due course becoming one of the Four Emperors of the Sea.
However, from the ocean waves in the far distance, watching a lone polar bear Mink dressed in an orange jumpsuit and swimming towards him while carrying a half-dead Supernova, was something that even Shanks found himself gawking at.
After the intense battle between Blackbeard and the Heart Pirates, Bepo is forced to take refuge with the Red Hair Pirates while his captain recovers from his injuries. However, they're not out of the woods yet and more threats begin to loom over their heads... Some much more closer to home than others.

She'd met him after he fell from the sky, he'd beaten up a trio of men each twice his size, and he shared her brothers mysterious middle initial. She finds him fascinating in a way she just has to understand, so she guesses she'll join his crew long enough to either figure him out or rob him blind.
Monkey D. Luffy was one of the most annoying men Law had ever encountered. He'd roped Law's little sister into joining his pirate crew, eaten as the entire rest of the town Law was staying in ate in a day, and then incompetently tried to flirt with him. However, Nami also seemed to have a strange confidence in the boy's abilities as a captain. So he supposes he'll stick with Strawhat long enough to find out what his deal is and possibly kill him.
An AU where Nami ropes her big brother Law into joining the Strawhat Pirates.
