Ok so this is taking place at anytime in the linked universe, but this starts right before the strawhats get to Punk Hazard, so the straw hats will start being there in the second or third chapter, we will see. Summary
The Brilliant portal opened up. A bright orange portal appearing in the dark and dim battle field. Attracting more attention then was already on him. Being thrust through the portal Casey could only watch as an orange chain wrapped around Leonardo. A smile on his face as the Kraang disintegrated his sensei. Casey Jones appears in the past. One mission on his mind. Find the key, stop the krang.
That was two weeks ago. After stopping the Kraang the city has been shockingly quiet. The family has gotten the chance to rest for a bit, While there are still Injuries and people are still recovering, they still all have each other, so they couldn't be happier. That is, until things once again begin the ramp back up, and a certain older blue turtle appears and sets off a whole new chain of events.

He closes his hand around it, and feels the fluttering grow quick. Well, now he’s definitely scared it. Is it a butterfly that had been hiding down here the whole time? Why would a hawk put that much effort into trying to catch a single butterfly?
Pulling his hand back out, Techno keeps his fingers curled closed around whatever he’s caught, reaching his other hand up to try and keep the thing from flying away.
He pauses with the sight of a- person. In his palm.

With wings.
