Eye contact was a thing that Vox used with intention. Valentino couldn't help but notice the way that he stared prospective talent down as though he were sizing them up, the way he looked down where his nose would be at his assistants, and of course, the hypnotic gaze he used to bore into the souls of the unassuming.
Vox's left eye widens, a hypnotic pattern starting to swirl through it over and over.

When they make it back to Valentino's club that doubled as a hideout for their…extracurricular activities the thing is…well the technical term would be 'fucked', but Night City was nothing if not connections. The windshields were shattered, there were more dents in the thing that Velvette cared to count, and not to mention there was some leak that she hadn't noticed until stepping out of the car.

Vox gets carried away a lot. And every time, he returns to normal when reality finally hits him in the face. But this isn't the usual (typically Alastor-related) breakdown. This is an insane, suicidal ‘I-don’t-care-what-happens,' 'I’m-a-god-and-this-is-my-destiny’ breakdown. So when Vox acts like it never happened, Velvette and Valentino realize he may need more help than he's letting on.
